Program Overview:

This program includes instruction and training for all phases of auto body repair. Basic skills include safety in the workshop, welding techniques, frame straightening, metal repair, custom painting, and automobile refinishing taught in a step-by-step process. This program will prepare the graduate for an entry level position in the field of auto body repair and painting as well as shop management, parts sales, and estimating.  Students have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized credentials and college credit.

ICAR ProLevel 1 Refinishing Technician Certification – 12 Points
ICAR ProLevel Non-Structural Technician Certification – 12 Points
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt – 3 Points
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – 6 Points
Leadership Excellence – Student – 3 Points
OSHA – 10-Hour Training – 1 Point
CPR / First Aid – 1 Point
Ohio Driver’s License – 1 Point
