Program Overview:
Health Academy is a comprehensive program designed to equip students with the essential skills needed for various healthcare professions related to nursing and medical office. Core courses encompass anatomy & physiology, human growth and development, basic health-wellness concepts, computer applications, medical office management, and nursing fundamentals. Students have the opportunity to earn certifications in First Aid/CPR, phlebotomy, EKG, State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) and National Certified Medical Office Assistant (NCCT). Along with the credentials, students have the opportunity to earn college credit.
